Wow 57 on his Scorecard….what a Record!!!
Christobel Del Solar had a lot of circles on his scorecard from Thursday. That’s because he shot a 57 in the first round of the Astara Golf Championship at the Country Club de Bogota in Colombia on the Korn Ferry Tour. What a record!!!
With all the politics on the professional tours making headlines it is refreshing to know that Amateur golf is all about having fun, especially if you enjoy participating at one of Golfasian’s SE Asia tournaments in Hua Hin, Phuket, Danang or Pattaya throughout 2024.
Another bonus is you don’t have to put up with cold winds and snow drifts on the 18th hole as today Hua Hin was a balmy 28c while at St Andrews it was 4c but felt like a very chilly -2c.
